Emergent Technologies, owners of the Gamebryo Lightspeed Engine, are being offered up for asset liquidation. The company racked up $30 million in operating expenses between 2005 and 2009. The sale is laying waste to $40 million of equity funding the company received from many venture capital firms including ?Worldview, Jerusalem Venture Partners and Cisco Ventures.
